DESIGNED TO MAKE AN IMPRESSION.
ROYAL SIGNS & AWNINGS · HOUSTON
As an industrial signage company in Houston, Royal Signs & Awnings helps businesses identify their facilities and make the right entrance or destination easier to find. A warehouse name, visitor direction and reception identity can belong to the same property without carrying the same message.
We provide commercial sign design, fabrication, installation, repair and maintenance around the proposed work. Tell us whether the enquiry concerns a new building identity, a replacement roadside sign or attention to an existing installation.
Our industrial and warehouse-sector experience includes more than 300 signs. Across all industries, we have completed more than 10,000 signs, with around 30 years of experience behind the work. Selected industrial and commercial-supply references include Ferguson, ACME Brick, Turtle & Hughes and Waste Management locations.

The principal sign should make the business name recognizable on the building where it belongs. Channel letters, illuminated cabinets, dimensional metal letters and other suitable formats offer different presentations.
Provide photographs showing the complete frontage and normal approach. A large facade does not mean every detail of the logo should be enlarged without review. The exact wording, sign area and construction need to relate to the property. Elevated or less accessible applications also need their own installation planning rather than being treated as ordinary wall signs at a different scale.
A separate roadside identity can be useful where a facility sits behind other features or the building does not clearly identify the entrance. Pole, pylon and monument signs can be discussed where suitable to the location and project requirements.
Share the proposed message and existing-sign information. A business name and a delivery instruction may need different positions or information levels. The quotation should identify the assembly and associated work, including any existing components proposed for reuse, rather than assume a sign category establishes the complete construction.
Some facilities receive visitors, contractors and deliveries through different routes. Signage should reflect the approved operation rather than ask every arrival to choose between several unmarked doors.
Supply the site plan or marked photographs and confirm the public-facing destination names. Directories, post-and-panel signs, entrance labels, building numbers and selected door or window graphics can be considered around that route. Any operational or safety-related instructions must come from the responsible site contacts; a general branding enquiry does not define those requirements.
Reception logos, dimensional lettering, acrylic signs and branded wall graphics can introduce the business inside the facility. Office and meeting-room identification should remain clear and consistent with the current layout.
Provide the floor plan, approved room list and relevant specifications. Directories, informational panels, room labels and accessible signs need to be reviewed by function rather than treated as one universal product. The business can maintain a coordinated appearance through shared colors and lettering while allowing individual signs to carry the information their locations require.
For illuminated signage, review both lit and unlit appearance and identify the relevant electrical preparation responsibilities. LED-lit letters and cabinets provide fixed identity; digital displays introduce separate questions about content, systems and support.
Where an awning or canopy forms part of the enquiry, explain whether the work is new, an alteration or service to an existing assembly. The commercial sign scope should distinguish related entrance features and other property tasks. The proposal needs to identify what is supplied rather than combine all visible exterior work under one broad label.

An existing sign may need a lighting repair, new face or complete identity change. Explain the current problem and send safe photographs with any available drawings or service records.
We can discuss the relevant review and scope. If the premises remain operational, identify access procedures and restrictions before scheduling is assumed. Work on an unfamiliar assembly should follow the information available and any necessary assessment, rather than a diagnosis based only on the visible symptom.
YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
We can discuss the relevant commercial sign package. Share the site layout and intended messages so building identity and visitor information can be planned for their respective roles.
No. The audience, viewing conditions and appearance determine whether lighting is useful. Review the unlit presentation and relevant preparation alongside any proposed illuminated effect.
Reuse needs review around the assembly, condition and proposed change. Provide available drawings and photographs before assuming the current structure suits a revised identity or configuration.
Those requirements must be identified by the responsible project contacts. Confirm the required wording, specifications and available service scope separately from general business identification.
Send the location, observed issue and safe photographs. The construction and condition influence the next review and the service that can be offered.
Provide the address, current images, artwork, sign list and available site records. Explain access arrangements, relevant criteria and existing-sign work so the scope can be defined clearly.
